Task name: Reconstruction of the railway flyover at km 8.957 at the line Łódź Widzew – Kutno over Łagiewnicka street in Łódź – Build.

Technical parameters of the new structure:

• Design: 2 steel beams joined with steel crossmembers, coated with concrete in the form of a ballast trough
• Total length: Lc = 16.30 m
• Theoretical span length: Lt = 15.50 m
• Total width: B = 5.41 m
• Obstacle(s): Łagiewnicka street in Łódź

Scope regarding bridge industry:                          

– demolition of the existing load-bearing structure with equipment

– construction of a new load-bearing structure, retaining existing geometrical parameters (length and width)

– adaptation of lower bossage and gravel wall on the abutment

– replacement of balustrades on the load-bearing structure and the abutments

– replacement of the service stairs

– repair of reinforcement of the abutment cones

The structure is located in the line of the railway line no. 016 Łódź Widzew – Kutno, a national-level primary single-track electrified line.
