Scope:

The subject matter of the contract is design and completion of the expansion of Główna street and Przejazdowa street, with construction of a bypass at Św. Barbary street to Pułaskiego street in Częstochowa. One end of the project is located at the Western border of the city, and the other end at the connection with Pułaskiego street. Total length of this road section is 7+200 km:

– the route in the existing run of DK46 from the border of Częstochowa to the roundabout at Św. Barbary street – length of 5+464.00 km.

– new bypass from Św. Barbary street to Pułaskiego street – length of 1+736.00 km.

1. Expansion and construction of road junctions and roundabouts (normal or turbine-shaped ones).
2. Construction of the access roads to real property (for areas adjacent to the right-of-way area).
3. Construction of environment protection equipment: noise barriers, greenery.
4. Construction of a street lighting system.
5. Reconstruction of conflicting devices and systems within the existing above-ground and underground infrastructure: teletechnical and power distribution equipment, rainwater and sanitary sewage systems, gas supply systems, drainage and hydrological equipment
6. Construction of places allowing to introduce a weight pre-selection system and a turnout for vehicle weighing.
7. Reinforcement of soil in order to obtain suitable conditions for founding roads and engineering structures and high embankment bodies with superficial escarpment reinforcement.
8. Reconstruction of engineering structures in the line of DK46

– a bridge over the Gorzelanka River – L = 31.00 m
– a bridge over the Gorzelanka River – Mała Warszawka – L = 18.68 m
– a bridge over the Stradomka River – L = 25.20 m

9. Cleansing and restoring patency in existing drainage equipment and collectors in order to ensure efficient water drainage off the right-of-way area.
10. Construction of a service duct for the purpose of telecommunications system and sewage system for the road infrastructure
11. Construction of footways, walkways and bikeways, slip roads.
